We introduced Papyrus for Windows in 1997 making a conscious effort to support all common Windows GUI standards, making Papyrus an easy-to-use application in every respect.

The primary strength of Papyrus is its stability and efficient design, but still including a powerful set of features, making it one of the best office applications for Windows systems.

Papyrus is implemented "cleanly" in Windows, and does not use any secret tricks or methods. The Papyrus.EXE file contains all of the executable code, and the only information put into the Windows registry is to associate Papyrus file extensions. This EXE file can even be used by itself, from a USB memory stick, or even direct from a CD.

Papyrus for Windows is updated continually - licensed users of the current version level automatically receive these updates via Internet. The current version (Papyrus OFFICE 12.5 for Windows) offers PDF export functions, including the ability to edit your Papyrus PDF files.
